Processing Time

All original artworks and prints are carefully packaged and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days after your order is confirmed. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • All EU shipments are tracked and insured

International (Outside EU)

  • Standard International: 10-20 business days
  • Express International: 5-10 business days
  • Customs clearance times may vary by country

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

🎁 Free Standard Shipping on orders over €500 within the European Union

Packaging

All artworks are packaged with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

  • Original Paintings: Wrapped in acid-free paper, protected with corner guards, and shipped in custom-sized rigid boxes with "Fragile - Artwork" labels
  • Prints: Shipped flat in rigid mailers or rolled in sturdy tubes (for larger sizes), protected with waterproof wrapping

Tracking & Insurance

All shipments include:

  • Tracking number provided via email once your order ships
  • Full insurance coverage for the value of your artwork
  • Signature required upon delivery for orders over €200

International Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the EU:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery
  • SKR Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Damaged Items: Please photograph the damage (including packaging) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Lost Shipments: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days
  3. We will work with the carrier to file an insurance claim and arrange for a replacement or full refund
