Flow & Focus

Deepen your practice with movement, rhythm, and sustained attention.

This course invites you to move beyond stillness and into flow—where the brush becomes an extension of your body, and painting becomes a dance between control and surrender.

What You'll Experience

Movement as meditation. Learn to paint with your whole body, allowing gesture and rhythm to guide your brushstrokes.

Sustained attention. Practice holding focus for longer periods, building the capacity to stay present even when the mind wanders.

The dance of control and release. Explore the balance between intentional mark-making and letting go, between planning and improvisation.

Layering and depth. Work with multiple layers of paint, learning to build complexity while staying grounded in the process.
